Exchange, return & Refund Policy

If defects are found, the Customer must notify the Seller within 5 calendar days from receipt to agree on further actions (e.g. exchange).

The Customer may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the item was not used and retains its original condition, packaging, tags, and receipt.

Partial purchases from an order are not allowed. The Customer must accept the full order or decline it before payment.

For refunds, the Customer must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds are made only via non-cash transfer to a bank account in a Ukrainian bank, including payment cards. Cash refunds are not permitted.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, but not later than 30 calendar days from the return of the goods.

If the Customer refuses delivery, the order is returned to the Seller. Return costs are borne by the Customer.

Returns are made only via the same delivery service used initially, to the address provided by the Seller.
