This page presents the privacy policy used by the online store located at https://www.himstore.com.ua, as well as notifies of the processing and storage of Personal Data of persons using the online store and placing orders for the purchase of products posted on it.

Terminology of the policy
Personal Data- data or a set of data allowing to identify the Buyer using the functionality of the Online Store.
Personal Data Base- set of organized Personal Data of the Buyer in electronic form.
Personal Data Subject- a person using the Online Store and ordering Products posted on it.

Purpose of Personal Data collection
The above Personal Data is collected by the Owner for the purpose of:
- forming a customer database;
- providing customers with benefits in the form of discounts and special offers, unscheduled notification of them;
- performing actions to return and exchange Products purchased in the Online Store and/or funds in cases stipulated by the Public Agreement posted in the Online Store and the requirements of current legislation.
- improving the user experience of customers the next time they visit the Online Store and place orders on it.

Procedure for access to Personal Data
The Personal Data received from the website user may be partially or fully transferred to postal operators who deliver the Products ordered in the Online Store and to banking or financial organizations that are provided with the technical possibility of online payment for the ordered Goods, provided that this technical possibility is foreseen only with the provision of Personal Data.
The list of third parties entitled to receive Personal Data of the Online Store users may be expanded by the Owner in the event of adding new functionality to it, the use of which is possible for the user only upon the provision of Personal Data to third parties ensuring such functioning.
In other cases, access to collected Personal Data is possible only in cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine at the request of state authorities.

Consent of the Personal Data Subject
By making a purchase of the Products placed in the Online Store, the Personal Data Subject gives his/her consent to their collection, processing, storage and distribution.
By making a purchase of the Products placed in the Online Store in the interests of third parties and indicating their Personal Data in the relevant forms, the Personal Data Subject confirms that he/she has received the consent of such persons to provide their Personal Data.
When using the Online Store and ordering the Products placed on it, no Personal Data classified by the current legislation of Ukraine as data prohibited for processing and collection are collected.
Rights of the personal data subject:
- to know about the sources of collection, location of his/her Personal Data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the Owner or manager of the Personal Data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him/her, except for cases established by law;
- to receive information about the conditions for granting access to Personal Data, in particular, information about third parties to whom his/her Personal Data is transferred;
- to access his/her Personal Data;
- to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response on whether his/her Personal Data is being processed, and also receive the content of such Personal Data;
- to present a reasoned request to the Owner of the Personal Data with an objection to the processing of his/her Personal Data;
- to submit a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of his/her Personal Data by any Owner and manager of Personal Data, if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
- to protect his/her Personal Data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of data that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of Personal Data;
- to make reservations on the limitation of the right to process his/her Personal Data when providing consent;
- to revoke consent to the processing of Personal Data;
- to know the mechanism of automatic processing of Personal Data;
- to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.
