Payment & Delivery

The Customer pays for the order in full using the methods provided in the online store.

Partial purchases from an order are not allowed. The Customer must accept the full order or decline it before payment.

Delivery cost is paid separately by the Customer upon receipt from the carrier. For international orders, delivery must be paid in advance according to the chosen carrier’s rates.

The Seller ships the goods within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery must not exceed 30 calendar days from confirmation.

Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the goods for accuracy, appearance, quantity, completeness, and packaging integrity. In case of discrepancies, the Customer has the right to refuse the goods and fill out a report in the presence of the carrier.

Delivery costs are calculated per the carrier’s current tariffs and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (carriers).

The Customer must collect the order within 7 days of its arrival at the carrier’s office. Otherwise, it will be returned to the Seller, and the Customer bears the return costs.

International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or another carrier chosen by the Seller. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 calendar days, depending on destination country.

International delivery costs are calculated individually based on the carrier’s rates, package weight/size, and destination.

All customs duties, taxes, and other charges related to importation are paid by the Customer.
